Hey, we’re Dan & Ben.
We’ve spent the last 22 years recruiting developers, and one thing we’ve learned is this: the right hire can change everything. The wrong one… well, you feel that for a long time too.
We focus on Shopify and Magento because that’s where we’ve done our best work, helping eCommerce teams find developers who don’t just tick boxes, but actually make life easier, move projects forward, and stick around.
We keep things simple: be honest, communicate properly, and actually care about the outcome. No pushing random CVs. No vanishing halfway through a search. No fluff.
